Terms of Service
What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Last updated 29 August 2026
Who these terms are with
KoldKoll is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [COUNTRY / STATE OF INCORPORATION] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you sign up for.
If you do not agree to them, do not create a workspace.
What the service is
KoldKoll is a customer relationship management tool. It lets you search public business listings, record the businesses you want to contact, schedule follow-up calls, and report on the results.
We provide the software. We do not provide sales, legal or compliance advice, and we do not guarantee any commercial outcome from using it.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping your credentials secret, and for everything done through your account.
Sessions last up to 30 days and can be revoked from your settings at any time. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Plans, payment and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Yearly plans are billed for ten months.
Trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled first. You can cancel at any time from your settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period unless the law requires it.
We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
What happens if you stop paying
Your workspace becomes read-only rather than inaccessible. You can continue to sign in, read your data and export it.
We will not delete your data because an invoice failed. Deletion only happens when you ask for it, or after prolonged inactivity where we have given you notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use KoldKoll to:
- send unsolicited communications in breach of the marketing and privacy laws that apply to you
- contact people who have told you or a public register that they do not wish to be contacted
- upload data you have no lawful basis to hold or process
- attempt to access another organisation’s workspace, or probe, scan or overload the service
- resell or redistribute data obtained through the lead finder as a data product
Your responsibilities for the data you collect
The lead finder returns information from public business listings. Deciding whether to contact a business, and doing so lawfully, is your responsibility, not ours.
You are the data controller for the records in your workspace. You must have a lawful basis for holding them, honour objections and erasure requests you receive, and comply with the direct-marketing rules of every jurisdiction you contact.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment, and nothing on our marketing pages should be read as one.
We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces the service, we will give reasonable notice.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights in the data you put into KoldKoll. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, back up and display it so we can provide the service.
You can export it at any time, on any plan.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your workspace at any time. Deletion is scheduled rather than immediate: there is a 30-day grace period during which you can reverse it, after which the data is permanently removed.
We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, giving notice and an opportunity to put things right where it is reasonable to do so.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost opportunity or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE OF INCORPORATION], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
