Your workspace is isolated at the database layer, not by a filter someone could forget to write. A request for another company’s record is answered as though it does not exist.
You decide who sees what
Reps work their own leads. Managers see the team. Admins run the workspace. Only owners touch billing or delete anything permanently.
Read-only if you stop paying
Not locked out. Sign in, read everything, export everything. Your data does not become a bargaining chip because an invoice bounced.
Export and erasure
Every report exports to CSV and the whole workspace exports at once. A full erasure path exists for GDPR requests.
Deleting is reversible for a while
Workspace deletion is scheduled rather than immediate, so a decision made at 2am can still be undone in the morning.

HTTPS throughout, and a list of every device signed in to your account that you can revoke from at any time.
